Look around and think about your possessions, relationships, and dues. You probably have more than what is necessary.
Awareness requires effort, but not necessarily abundance.
Why desire more money, more objects, more experiences, more people, more followers? Go through elimination.
The minute you require others to affect the way you feel, you have lost.
How one gets free from inner compulsion and find tranquility in mind?
It is not easy, but you ought to work on it daily.
Recently, I am experimenting with mindful eating. When I eat something, I sit and eat. No music, no phone and no podcast in the background. I must say that it is quite hard.
I get to eat less food, feel satiated faster and taste everything a bit better.
Victory is about giving your best self to life while not suffering when things don’t go your way.
You will experience mistakes from others. You will make mistakes. Learn how to respond to them.
Wake up daily, with peace in your heart and readiness of character to understand that everything that happens to you, ultimately belongs to God.
Work on what you need to work on. Don’t be slaved by your mission; flow with nature and tranquility.
In the end, all the resources you are using don’t belong to you.
Patience is key. Don’t react; respond.
Irritation does not serve you. Learn how to smile.
Focus on your path, eliminate all distractions, and the score will take care of itself.
